Before we arrive, it helps to clear out under the kitchen and bathroom sinks and keep pets out of the way until we're done. We'll tell you on the day how long to keep off treated areas. Every treatment comes with a 6-month warranty (rodent control excluded): if the pests come back in that time, so do we, free.
