Pest control in Tugun

Tugun is a small, relaxed beach suburb near the southern end of the Gold Coast, just north of the airport. It has a short strip of shops, a mix of older beach houses and newer homes, and small unit blocks close to the sand.

Sea air and humidity make it easy for cockroaches, silverfish and ants to thrive, and the bush along the hill and Currumbin Creek nearby brings in spiders and rats.

We're family-run, so the person you talk to on the phone is the person who comes out.

What a treatment looks like

Before we start, we'll ask what you've been seeing and where. Then we treat the inside of the home, around skirting boards, kitchen cupboards, bathrooms and the laundry, and the outside, including eaves, weep holes, window frames and the garden edges against the house.

Clear under the sinks and put the pets somewhere safe before we arrive. When we're done, we'll tell you how long to keep off treated areas and what to expect over the next few weeks, because it's normal to see a few pests come out before they die off.

A general treatment comes with a 6-month warranty, so if they come back, we come back. Rodent control isn't included in the warranty.

If you live in a unit and the problem is coming from next door, we'll tell you, and we can quote the whole block for the body corporate.

Why do I see more cockroaches after a treatment?

It's normal for a few days. The treatment flushes them out of hiding before they die off. If they're still around after a few weeks, ring us, because you're covered by the 6-month warranty.

How do I get rid of silverfish?

A general pest treatment covers silverfish. Keeping cupboards dry and aired out helps too.

Do you treat units in Tugun?
